David M. Mendoza

Principal

David Mendoza is a highly accomplished and results-oriented senior diagnostics and medical device executive with a demonstrated record of success in global P&L management, growth strategy, M&A and integration, corporate development, strategic partnership development and management, marketing and brand management, and internal operations leadership.

David has over 20-years experience in the Diagnostics and Technology industries while working at Luminex. He joined in 2004 and has gained expertise in General Management (P&L), M&A and Integration, Commercial Marketing, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development.

He has also gained experience at Cowen & Co. (Investment Banking) and Bain & Company (Strategic Consulting) with a focus on healthcare and technology clients.

David holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business in Quantitative Finance and a B.S. in International Business and Finance from Georgetown University. He resides in Austin, Texas.
